The idea

Reformer Pilates is amazing. But it often comes with pressure to look a certain way or fit one kind of Pilates image. Reformer For Her isn't against that world. It's an addition to it, for every woman who never felt it was made for her.

Meet Britta

Dancer, choreographer and the founder of Reformer For Her. Her dance career gave her discipline, strength and friends for life. It also showed her how exhausting it is to be constantly watched and judged. So she created a place where women can arrive as they are and trust their bodies again.

  • More than 12 years of training in movement and teaching
  • Diploma in dance pedagogy and choreography
  • State certified sports and gymnastics teacher
  • On the Reformer since a young age, STOTT Reformer Pilates trained
  • 980 hour yoga teacher training
  • Barre, personal training, pre and postnatal, holistic wellbeing coaching
